It seams the spammers have a new home

It seams the spammers have a new home inside the BURSTNET data centre. I have sent them multiple abuse reports and still no reply. so you might want to update you're spam filters to block the BurstNET ip blocks. You have been warned!

You mean servers from BURSTNET network are infected ? If thats the case then the server owners needs to look into it.

Correct. 30%+ of my daily spam comes from there network.

WOW !! I think then your server is being targeted and sending a abuse report to burstnet is the right thing to do.

Are you able to provide ticket numbers pertaining to your complaints? I checked our system for reports regarding the two IPs you provided and found one complaint about each IP. One was received on 11/12/2011 at 10:24AM EST and replied to on the same day at 10:31AM EST. The other was received today at 10:39AM EST and was replied to at 1:26PM EST. We are currently working with our direct clients to investigate the matters. Both IPs are actually offline at this time. While we cannot always provide detailed responses documenting our actions, we do review each complaint and do whatever is necessary to prevent additional abuse. I believe you might find multiple threads, on this forum alone, from past clients claiming that we are "too strict" when it comes to abuse handling.

I dont have a ticket number. I didnt get any reply from you.

That explains why you didn't receive any replies. Our ticket system is designed to send a ticket number in an auto-response when anyone emails our abuse addresses. If you didn't receive auto-replies, we did not receive your reports. We should not be filtering anything to abuse@ addresses. If you have access to your mail server, please try to see why your messages did not reach us. Otherwise, if you'd like to send your email address to me in a private message, I can check the logs on our end. (Please trust that I will _only_ use your address to check our logs. It will not be provided to anyone else.)

The thread has been cleaned. Let's try acting a bit more civil this time.
