Rackfleet has been amazing at Customer Service, the owner of the comapny is supposed to call me tonight to discuss (thats his last test, if he forgets to call hehe ruins my opinion). What I need: I own 2 comanies, webdesign, and artist managment, I want to host my own clients instead of outsourcing to different shared accounts. I have like 30 log-ins toe different FTPs and its confusing and anoying. I need a way to accept CC's I need billing software Any incentive promotional deals are a plus I need Tech Support that can extend third party if need be (if I'm out of town on business). I also need WHM, and Cpanel (even though I don't like it) Fantastico is a useful app. Uptime is a must, fast support, and intellegent people. I don't want outsourced tech support from India, although intellegent, the language barrier becomes difficult. And most importantly room to grow. A company that could serve my needs if one day (theoretically) I grow to have 40000 clients... I appologize for the spelling, but I am on a lot of pain medication from surgery, Thanks for any feedback on the best comapnies, their BW providers, and anything you have to say about rack fleet. I also need WHM, and Cpanel (even though I don't like it) most linux hosts offer this, but there is plesk aswell Fantastico is a useful app. Yes its good, quite popular now Uptime is a must, fast support, and intellegent people. a professional host can give you this
