problem reaching sites + DNS issues

Hi all, can reach my primary domain but the other domain i host can't be reached. I tried alertra.com + proxyking.net and they seems to work but not from my place. My host say it could be an ISP problem and my ISP send me a DNS Report. I asked my ISP they tried to visit my sites and the same happens so only my primary domain can be reached. http://dnsreport.com say: (on any of my domain) 1. Missing (stealth) nameservers 2. Missing nameservers 2 3. Stealth NS record leakage This can cause some serious problems (especially if there is a TTL discrepancy). If you must have stealth NS records (NS records listed at the authoritative DNS servers, but not the parent DNS servers), you should make sure that your DNS server does not leak the stealth NS records in response to other queries. Also (dnsreport.com) sometimes say: 4. ERROR. One or more of your DNS servers are missing A records (per NS records that may be cached). As a result, they cannot be used. The problem hostnames are: ns2.myprimarydomain.com. has no A record. ns1.myprimarydomain.com. has no A record. 5. A timeout occurred getting the NS records from your nameservers! None of your nameservers responded fast enough. They are probably down or unreachable. I can't continue since your nameservers aren't responding. If you have a Watchguard Firebox, it's due to a bug in their DNS Proxy, which must be disabled. I already sent an email to my host's support staff but have no reply yet (3+ hrs) where is the problem? at my ISP? or is my Host?
