First sorry about my English (that's not my main language) I use gazzin service for 6 months, and now I just can say: I'm too tired. Their server is the worst server in this world I ever seen. And their support is more than terible, everytime when the server have problem, I submit ticket and after long days later they reply me with another stupid question. Everytime they took a week until they understand what going on. I don't know how many staff in their support system, but seem they all don't know about what are they doing. Even more, when no-one reply support ticket, I have to go to their live chat support, and all the same way they tell me open a ticket (huh...) Last month they move my data to another server without any notification, after moving, many many problem occur, I call every where I can to get support. But in 1 month (yes, ONE MONTH), the problem is still. My client come to my office, abuse me... and manything more Finally, after all problem with so many tired, I decide not to use Gazzin anymore, I move to a new Reseller company. The new company have higher price, but I feel very satisfy with them. When all my data move to new company (with-out any help from Gazzin, the new company help me move data). Then I come back to ask Gazzin discontinue charge me monthly. They reply me they need more detail information, then I sent them and until now still no-one reply me again. And I don't know what's going on now. The monthly charge is comming... I try to reach them via support ticket, live chat... but still no-one answer me. Now I just have the only way to post here, and hope that the guy from gazzin in this forum can hear that. After all, I have no word to talk about Gazzin server, support quality... Toooooo tired with the way they do "business"... Just stay away Gazzin when you need quality. Last edited by apomexus; 04-11-2006 at 09:22 PM.

There seem to be Gazzin many unhappy review in wht about them. Good luck new hosting provider. It very unprofessional for them move you to diffent datacenter, without notification.

There live chat is just a bunch of kids. This is how they greet you " yo how can i help you " Right there I know this is not a quality company. Thanks, Camron

Have you asked them WHY they have a LIVE support station? You should ask them this. Seems to me like they only have it there to look good for their visitors Did they give you a reason for moving the data? Seems to be the curing problem most of the time. Glad you are happy now. I wouldn't hold your breathe. You may want to contact your credit card company and advise them not to authorize the charge. I really hope you get things squared away with Gazzin, and never have to deal with experiences like this ever again. Good luck to you!

thank you all, now all seem fine to me, my creadit bank rejected all charge from Gazzin. Hope my post have some ideas for who considering gazzin. Regards.

I can see gazzin doing some support via live chat but mostly from tickets. Anyone with any experience running any type of live chat system should know where I am coming from. Last edited by jmweb; 04-14-2006 at 02:02 PM.

March 17th, I move my personnal sites out of gazzin to a reputable vps host. March 18th, delete all content of my account, no files left. March 18-30th, try to make live chat tell me where is the Cancel Account button as their TOS say. They kept ignoring me. The button is nowhere to be found. I submitted an account cancellation notice in their ticket system on March 31st. We are April 14th and no reply yet. My payment method was a 3-month prepayment every 3-months with paypal. Now since I didnt pay the bill for april, they suspended my account. Suspended or cancelled, I don't care; same thing. They have no way to bill me. I'm happy. For anyone considering Gazzin, don't. If you still do, pay by paypal. This way they have no way charge your account if you don't agree. Compared to a CC.

They are the cheapest, worse support, and as apmexus mentiond when you talk to their Online Support, they asking you to open a ticket !!

i had and is still having bad experiences with this company. site down is a major problem and support tickets are usually not replied, i have to wait days for it to reply,well sometimes i just waited hours, which is acceptable. Most of the times, 2 days of more for a simple question to be answered. Whenever i ask why the server is down why i cant access cpanel, their support will just reply me stating, sir it seems fine in our side. what's good about this company : cheap price with quite a lot of space and bandwidth. the bad: there is no need for me to mention it heren its obvious.

i was on the same situation, the account was canceled after a month but they cancelled only the hosting account not the billing one, i was charged even after my hosting account was cancelled. So do one of the following things, just stop paying for your account and they will cancelled it. Go to the bank who issued your card and ask them to reject the charge from gazzin, or modify your cc details in their billing system with a credit card demo details ( look on the net, it is something like 000000..) it works i did it. The bank situation is more secure.
