Hello, Following is my partition configuration, 7.8G 0 7.8G 0% /dev/shm I wanted to create new partition for remaining hard disk, it is raid 1 and hard disk is 1.5 TB. How can I create partition of remaining disk space so that I can create pvcreate then vgcreate.

You can create partitions with fdisk. If you want to use raid 1, create the same size partitions on both drives, then create raid partition with mdadm, then use pvcreate, vgcreate to prepare a volume group for use by SolusVM.

I would need additional information to answer your question, please post these in response: cat /proc/mdstat pvscan lvscan fdisk -l /dev/sda Depending on how your volumes are configured, there are many different ways that you might expand your disk volumes.
