Hi... I'm moving some cPanel account on reseller plans to VPS.. via transfer with password in WHM.. Everything OK.. the process is smooth no error message... after done.. I check the cPanel on my VPS, the mySql has blank size.. with 0 MB.. is different version of mysql affect of transfer process ? My Reseller plans "Server version: 5.0.92-community " and my vps is "Server version: 5.1.56-log" also I cant access the phpmyadmin via cpanel, but if I access via WHM the database show with null record.. As long my VPS is unmanaged, so I can't ask the provider, please someone that know to help me.. Thanks Khafi

There is 'Review Copied Accounts' in Cpanel - check for errors. Ask the provider to create cPanel backups of your accounts and put them in your home directory. Transfer them to your VPS's /home and try to restore /scripts/restorepkg username As a last resort you can also run mysqldump on your reseller account and restore contents of you database on the VPS.

Is it a single account transfer? Then, I would suggest you to try taking a complete backup of that account from the Cpanel and then restore it in the new server. Again, as the issue is only with Mysql, you can take mysql database backups from the old server Cpanel and restore it here.

Make sure there is no disk space issues which hinderes restore of the data.
