Can anyone recommend an alternative to Host Nexus for Reseller / VPS Windows Hosting. Main issues: 1. Windows reseller using plesk or Helm only (need MS SQL as well) 2. US or UK based is ok 3. Must have excellent support response and reliability/uptime is a MUST!!! 4. Phone support preferred but not essential Is copying over accounts from plesk to helm straightforward? I have searched around on WHT and google and just cant find any reliable hosts meeting this criteria. Again, please note i am NOT interested in Hsphere or any other control panel, they dont suit our business. With Hostnexus, Im am getting too many email issues, service unavailable issues, and something pretty much breaks for me everyday, and customers are getting ticked off now. Issues get fixed but keep recurring with alarming frequency. Cant afford any more of this. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi. We've used PowerVPS for our VPs servers and haven't had any issues with them. We have a linux plan with them but they do offer Windows Plesk accounts. Support can't be faulted as far as we are concerned. They are quick to respond to support tickets (usually get a response within an hour or two at most - normally within the hour) and their staff seem to know what they're doing. As for phone support they don't offer it but have the ticket system manned 24/7. Might be worth a look ;-)

if I am correctly, there is no way to convert accounts from Plesk to Helm directly. Also, how many MB of MS SQL do you require? Do you have any budget level?

NDXB, HostNexus will be offering VPS solutions in the coming month or so. We will be remaining with the Plesk control panel. Would love to see you remain with us. Since I do not know who you are by your nickname here, could you please email or PM me your ticket ID's so i can look them up? We do not get many tickets about Baryon server, so i am anxious to see what you are talking about. In the meantime, could the mods here at WHT please merge this thread with the other active one here in the Reselelr section? This is simply a rehash of that (except for the VPS request). Thanks!
