I'm searching for DirectAdmin resellers, and I found some VPS offers too... I'm in doubt, should I consider trying a VPS instead of a reseller? Which are the vantages? I need something around 2GB of space, at least 20GB of bandwidth. Trying not to spend much more than $15. Here are some resellers I found: - DHWW - ServerFreak - ServerTweak - PowerVPS I couldn't find much reviews about them. Does someone have any information about them? Thanks.

Well if you have the OS experience, then a VPS thats usually unmanaged may be the better alternative, as you are not sharing your enviroment with others. However a reseller account would be fully managed. Just make sure your server is not overloaded. Perhaps send a list of potential questions to each, and see which one you feel comfortable with. I have no info on those companies you listed however. Good Luck!

Thanks, Reseller-Center. I think it's better stay with reseller plans. But it's hard to find some information about the companies I mentioned. I'm almost going to PowerVPS, 'cause I found some good reviews about their VPS solutions. So, maybe they are good as resellers too. Anyway, if someone have things to say about these guys, please tell me.

why dont you try to contact them before ordering? Might be drop them some pre-sales questions and see how they reply

VPS is good thing, problem is you have to be with a good company or one that will not over sell.. ServerTweak is thinking getting into the VPS area as well. Still int he works

You wont get a VPS with Direct Admin for any where near $15 a month because of the license cost. A VPS needs a full DA license just as if it was a true dedicated server so the lowest you're going to get is around the $35 mark. As for resellers, add these two to your list of companies to check, Ive used both and can vouch for them. http://www.hostpc.com http://www.senchihost.com/

site87 is recommended, I have been using their uk hosting plans on directadmin and very happy, it prices much less and a great satisfaction of mind
