What drives have super capacitors?

I am looking for SSD drives for a handling the ZIL for a ZFS based storage array. I will be running 2 of them in raid 1. I can do a size as low as 32gb, so storage size isnt a big deal. I do though need the writes to be as fast as possible and i need them to have super-capacitors so that I dont lose data that was being written because of a sudden power failure. I am fine with MLC or SLC. Cheaper is better, but right now that doesnt matter as much as I dont even know what all drives have the supercapacitors. Suggestions? Unfortunately from what I am seeing, these only seem to be available in larger drives (110GB+) and at those costs, they are a bit more than what I would want to spend on each of them. Look at something that is less than $200 each. Seems I can get a decent non-capacitor drive for $110.

Have you looked into Intel or OCZ's offerings?

LOL. I know about the different companies, that doesnt help me find certain models that have what I need, are still being sold, and are within my price range. The only ones i have found from OCZ were $500+ and were way to big.

Unfortunately that series is horribly slow (write performance is what I care about) for its smaller versions. Slower than even spindle drives. =/

OCZ drives are cheaper then Intel drives but some users on another tech forum were having lower life spans.

Are you mostly doing sequential or random writes?
