Hi, I need a reseller account and I'm getting interested in blurstorm www.blurstorm.com. I think their pricing is good enough for the 200gb monthly bw class. I need Cpanel, fantastico and WHM, obviously the needed php, mysql, perl...etc support and FrontPage extensions for some sites. The MOST important thing is server stability and connection speed, one's customers don't accept downtimes and failures, quickly they take their bussiness away with other provider. Any opinions??? Thanks

You need to kindly tell that one customer that he's being to unrealistic, and downtimes will happen from time to time no matter where he goes. Software needs updated, O/S components need updated, Hardware needs updated.. For all those things (depending on the update), there's gonna be downtime.

Yes, I'm aware of "normal" downtimes, problems arise when interruptions and downtimes are everyday issue due to hackers, routers misconfigured, etc. a long list of causes, but the final result is a poor service one can't afford, your name and your enterprise's name goes down and customers don't forget the bad experiences. Cheap is important while doesn't mean the end of your business.
