Just today I made a full cpanel backup then I used AVG to scan my PC . My antivirus says it has found this trojan Malware Type: Mass mailer worm Malware Id: EML/Bredolab.gen \HOMEDIR\MAIL\mydomain\ADMIN\.SPAM\NEW\ What should I do now? Is this false? Is it serious?

don't actually RUN it, it looks like some spamming worm just sent you a message that got trashed

Do you have root access to your server? If so, you can run Linux Malware Detect on the files and it will attempt to clean them: http://www.rfxn.com/projects/linux-malware-detect/ Here's a good how to for using LMD: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/wiki/Linux_Malware_Detect
