Hi, I would like to know if i can check whether any domain is being pointed and using my domain or ip?

You can check the IP address for the domain name by pinging the domain name as : ping Through Command prompt on your Local Machine. Thanks

Not 100% reliably, no. You can do a reverse-ip lookup at places like domaintools.com which may show *some* domains that point at your IP If you want to see more details, try your server logs

http://www.webhosting.info gives you a good report, not 100% accurate but quite near.
