Thank you foxmen for sharing your experinces with m6.net. I have always wondered what they were like but never read a customer's review about them. Are their servers located in Australia?

If you are serious about your hosting choose out of the following list in no certain order: 1) webcentral.com.au 2) web-media.com.au 3) spiritconnect.com.au 4) mcgoohq.com.au These providers have earnt their respect over the years. I believe m6 host in the United States.

Hi Foxmen, Thanks but M6.net have their servers in USA. To ldcdc About M6.net, i had used their service in past inluding shared and dedicated server. Their services are ok with the price tag they offer. Personally i never had a problem with them in 2 years service i used from there i.e. shared and dedicated for 6 months . But it was used during 2000 to 2002 so no comments about their present services. {PS: in 2000 they were developing their control panel software and as i know they are still doing this. The control panel was workable then and now but continues upgrades changes are common} To Localhost :-) Thanks i will go through your list.

Also a quick question for SpiritAu, in your reseller plan you have not included any MS SQL database. Although the addon price is mentioned with SQL Space not database number. Does this mean, i can have as many SQL database in alloted SQL Space?

Posted by Cloudster, 11-11-2005, 07:34 AM
No you need to purchase the databases you require. Its per database (which include disk space). So if you needed 1 x 30mb database and 1 x 20mb databases you'd need to purchase 2 x 50mb databases. Hope that makes sense. EDIT: Fixed spelling

Thanks for clarification. That was the same i understood but wanted to make sure as nowadays many host started offering SQL Space in which you can have as many databases as you want.
