Hi I get a new server running plesk 9.5.4 with os Linux 2.6.26-2-amd64 i have a issue in the DNS the support answer me with this +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ now I think I have found your problem. For your domain ava-kyrillos.com are the first and the second nameserver are > > Name Server: NS1.AVA-KYRILLOS.NET > > Name Server: NS2.AVA-KYRILLOS.NET And this nameservers are not available. === schnipp === PC013-Support-RZ6a:~$ nslookup NS1.AVA-KYRILLOS.NET Server: 213.133.99.99 Address: 213.133.99.99#53 ** server can't find NS1.AVA-KYRILLOS.NET: NXDOMAIN PC013-Support-RZ6a:~$ nslookup NS2.AVA-KYRILLOS.NET Server: 213.133.99.99 Address: 213.133.99.99#53 ** server can't find NS2.AVA-KYRILLOS.NET: NXDOMAIN === schnapp === All nameservers at the world are asking the first and second nameservers for your domain, but the primary and secondary NS are not available because the subdomains are not exist. So please edit the ZoneFile for AVA-KYRILLOS.NET that NS1 and NS2 exist. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ i don't know how i can make the edit in plesk 9 can any one help me

1.Register the two nameservers on domain control panel.Your server/VPS may use at least three IPs. 2.Enable DNS on plesk setting (Default is on) 3.Change your domain dns and it should be 2 hours to effect.
