voxtreme superfastserver problem

| I am having problems with Voxtreme / Superfastserver. Voxtreme have told me that superfastserver has been blacklisted by outblaze.
As a result of this no email is working.
I have ask them several times today for an idea how long this is going to take to resolve with no reply.
What would be a reasonable course of action?
Should voxtreme move me to another server?

Generally outblaze will release the block if you email them telling them what happened within 24 hours or so.
