Soluhosting or bluewho or whatever?

Posted by bmcfarline, 12-01-2004, 06:33 PM
Thanks guys for all your help previously. Now I do reckon I need a reseller account I am developing six small websites (less than 10mb) each via Dreamweaver mx. Now after journeying through the maze I have narrowed the host to two Soluhosting who offer 1000 mb / 10gb for $9.95 per month or Bluewho who offer 1000mb / 15 gb for $15 per month. I would appreciate any recommendations. Oh I take it that having a host in USA is not really a problem - I am based in Ireland - well I suppose support could be a difficulty. Brian certain thanks to the Joshua dude ........a light in the dark.

Beat me I am surprised, amazed and what not.. bmcfarline: Though nothing personal, but I am a bit suspect on why and how have you chosen soluhosting. If I search WHT on them: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search...der=descending I get few threads, that obviously are adverts on soluhosting. If I search google: http://www.google.co.in/search?q=soluhosting I get only 7 results. If I look at whois record: http://www.whois.sc/soluhosting.com They were created on 2004-08-11 and they are on Hostdime. I am really want to know what data points do you have to brand this host, with so little experience and exposure as excellent? Last edited by NeoGen; 12-06-2004 at 11:38 PM.

Maybe the price had something to do with it?

I wanted to get my toes wet and not be out a fortune in the process - its all a learning process and I found Soluhosting very helpful - they replied to any of my queries very quickly and I am up and running in no time so I think excellent is appropriate.

They were 3 guys offering web hosting services and those must be their former customers plus those acquired in the last 2 months.

That's how I interpret this: Or maybe I'm too much of an "innocent until proven guilty" kind of guy.
