varhosting is down again !

I am wondering what really happened to varhosting.. i have a reseller account with them and it is down for hours.. now their main site is down as well.. their support is good but the uptime is really poor.. i am in node 103 and we have terrible downtime almost every month... thing doesn't get better at all.. hope somebody from varhosting can explain. i like people from varhosting but their uptime really drive me crazy =(

I think it should be down less than 5 mins. Or else all my trackers will bombard my email box like mad . So far I have only gotten email from UpPanel. Host Tracker did not report this. Joshua

It is better to ask the hosting company directly then writing in a public forum like this specially if the downtime is only around 5 minutes. They look like a good company to me.

ya,,, if the downtime is less than 30minutes i wun be here.. it has been more than 4 hours and it is still not working.. i asked their support team and they keep on saying they are waiting for the status as well.. this is really making me sick.. i have paid for a year fee, or else i would have move to resellerzoom.. if u dun trust me, try to check with varhosting support team yourself.. ask them how long node 103 is downed. .. it is not minutes.,, it is hours,,

this is really bad... check their forum and see what they said.. they just waiting for somebody else status.. it has been more than 7 hours and it still down... what kind of service is this.. this really drives me crazy... my clients are complaining and i dun really know what i suppose to say.. somebody from varhosting please guide me if u could coz the support team doesn't seem able to help anything.

Interesting. I had an account for a short while with Varhosting, it was also on node 103, and also suffered from several major problems. This was several months ago, so I'm surprised to see the same server being mentioned in this light again. Each time there was a problem, I was told "we are moving a few problem accounts off that box". Must have missed a few.

What really kills me is that people enter support ticket requests like this; and they wonder why support is lackadaisical in responding/correcting. I try not to be like that, but sometimes, I have to RE: just to figure out what the hell they are talking about.
