Contracts / TOS / Acceptable Use

Hi I was wondering as a new reseller if its customary to use your hosts contracts (terms of service and acceptable use policies) or if you are to / should develop your own? And if I'm supposed to develop my own --- any suggestions? Thanks

I would definitely use your upstream TOS because you would fall under the same terms. Definitely ask them about it first though. Good Luck

Using your providers TOS (or atleast the applicable parts of it) wouldn't be a bad idea. Your clients fall under the same regulations your provider has. Add what you feel is needed to cover your own restrictions and policies you have with your clients.

sounds like a great idea actually to use the mother hosts TOS with any additions that you would like to have in place... keep it all under the same umbrella and make sure you are covered
