Check the IP checkbox and assign an IP when you create the account.

More than likely you will have to ask your web host for an IP and have him change the sites IP from his root WHM. You can see your web hosts name servers leaking through because they probably did not give you private name servers but only personlized ones. Meaning they used their IP's and just shared them with you so you are using the same IP's for your name servers as the host and most of the other resellers on the server are. You did not get your own dedicated IP's for name servers. I notice more and more reseller host doing this with out telling the clients these days. Last edited by The3bl; 06-27-2004 at 10:17 AM.

It is Techark ! and really i start to have enough of this way to sell webhosting space. maybe to get his own dedicated server is the good solution. With reseller plans we are under the webhost power and usually it turns to disputes.

Dedicated is good if you know how to manage one. Or ask your reseller to provide you with dedicated IP's for your name servers and then you should not see any leak through of their name servers. Send him the dns report so he understands that his name servers are leaking through.

Once you have a free IP, you can edit the account or use "Change Site's IP Address" under Account Functions. If you don't have those options then ask your host to do it for you.
