Setup re-seller account for customer without our server name listed inside cpanel

Hey guys, we're new to the cpanel shared and re-seller market, and we recently sold a re-seller package to a customer, and they were asking why when one of their clients logs into the server that they are getting the following under the configure mail client options: Inside the webmail access screen for "configure email client" it reads: (in green) Manual Settings Mail Server Username: sales+resellerdomain.com Incoming Mail Server: mail.resellerdomain.com Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) server.ourdomain.net Outgoing Mail Server: mail.resellerdomain.com (server requires authentication) port 25 Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) server.ourdomain.net (server requires authentication) port 465 Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS) Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS) Is there a way to change this? Do we need to install a SSL cert or something for them? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks a bunch!
