What's going on with Adjent ?

| Does anyone know what's going on with Adjent? I ordered a hosting package from their web site last Friday (1/17), and received an autorespond message saying that my account will be setup by next business day. Since then I have not recevied any e-mail from them, but my credit card was chaged on 1/20. I try to contact them with their toll free number, but all I got is voicemail.
I chose them based on the fact that their parent company is 1host, which has been around for awhile. Customer service like this makes me think twice about signing on with them. At this point I just want to cancel my order all together.
This is not an attempt to damage this company's reputation in anyway. I am just trying to find out if anyone has a similar experience with this company, and get some advices on whether I should move on to somebody else.

| Oops. Turns out that there was a problem with my e-mail. I have received all information and my account has been setup.
