Posted by ericleonard, 01-23-2003, 01:57 PM I run a wholesale reseller program (discounts off pre-packaged plans,products,etc.) for a fairly large Web host. Our end of the day goal is to get more resold accounts. There are generally two ways to attain this goal- 1. Attract more resellers- Less productive resellers, but you can make your units due to the higher volume 2. Fewer, but more productive resellers- More expensive to obtain, but generate higher sales per reseller. Which techniques do the members here prefer? And any examples of successful programs?
