I am looking for 1. Good & full technical support --- 5 to 15 min reply. 2. Good reseller plan --- $5 to $15. 3. Support asp/xml/php/java/javascript/flash/cgi. 4. Faster server. 5. Supply free reseller panel program & technical support. 6. Good feedback comments by reseller. If any reseller find them, please let me know, Thanks!

I have send an email to adam 2 to 3 weeks before, I get no reply. So are you sure your company will have a good technical support?

16c to 50c a day reseller's account with 5 to 15 min response time ? It might seems a little too much to ask for for so little money. Would the technical support be to support you or your clients ? If you are looking for your clients, you might want to look at bobcares.com , they do offer support ticket responses going for $24/mth and $2 per additional client above 12. They provide a 6 hour resolution guarantee. Some web host might provide end-user technical support for an additional fee but because of the low-cost of the reseller's account and the rights to resell and make money from it, the onus of funds collection and technical support for your clients falls in your hands. Typically, the web host is not responsible for your clients. If they are, what's not stopping them from foregoing offering reseller's account and retaining those clients for themselves, they will make more money for the same effort. You might want to consider hiring a few full-time or part-time exclusive staffs to handle the tech support if you are not doing it yourself. Last edited by eddy2099; 01-22-2003 at 10:26 PM.

Both for me and my clients, your solutions are quite good. Have you try "bobcares" before?

No, I have not as I do not run a web host but have heard good things about them in this forum. The costs are really cheap for what they can provide. Incidentally, Amar from bobcares.com do frequent this board quite often and you might want to drop him an email or PM or something. He uses the nick bobcares See what you could work out from there.

You want 24 hr. support for you and your clients and you are willing to pay as much as $15.00 a month and you want a support response in 5-15 minutes. $15.00/175 hrs = $.09 per hour gross income, for a 24 hour day. I'd sit around day and night waiting for you and your customers calls for .09 an hour. If there were 11 of you I would make almost a $1.00 per hour. Of course I left out the cost of equipment, bandwidth, software, training, food, rent and a life. I'm surprised people aren't lined up to offfer that.

that's very true... its tough to find what you are looking for, for only $15/mo. The best way to start is at $20/mo (and even that is low)... but its a fair start. I hope you find what you are looking for.

I guess it would be more reasonable to ask for issues being worked on in 12/24 hrs..rather than 10-15 minutes response..unless you are talking about automated or BS response..lol You need to think from host point of view too. People have been asking for mission critical hosting for $10 per month and then claiming they loss $$$$$ when server is down for an hour...if they had so much important transactions taking place they should have opted for having clusters with HA solution implemented. Bottomline: Don't expect the world for $10 - $20. And no offence meant...I think it's just funny...or maybe I'm wrong

I think 15-20 minute response would be difficult for $5-$10 But there are many great providers out there if you are willing to put in a few extra bucks
