What is your site about? How many approx hits a month, traffic?!? Any strange coding? Maybe a forum? A little more info needed

He has suspended your account because it uses too many resources to be on a shared server, yet encourages you to move to a reseller account, which will also be on a shared server. I would have to know more to understand this. If you have a script causing the server to crash, that would appear to still be a problem. Sounds suspiciously like a ploy for more money. However, I don't want to judge based on the limited information. What did he attribute the problems to? What script?

Just looked at the pricing of his shared accounts. No way to fulfill the obligations to customers on those costs, so as soon as you start to use resources, he boots you. Run like a scalded kitty, meow meow.
