tailwatchd failed cPanel

| Hi Guys,
I keep receiving the following emails from cPanel (every few hours or so);
Why is this and how can I fix it?

| Try to restart cpanel itself
# service cpanel restart

| Are you sure all the components under tailwatchd are selected Eximstats, Antirelayd & cPBandwd, otherwise check the logs, BTW what cPanel/WHM version is there on your server and what OS?

| tailwatchd failed cPanel
Run /scripts/upcp --force this will resolve this issue
