Hello Support @ SSDApp.com,
I have created the ticket as I am NOT able to connect to the VPS and this is really critical; please cehck and reply to this ticket (#544250) ASAP.
@SSDapp,
Can anyone from ssdapp.com here on webhostingtalk could reply and resolve the issue asap.

Obviously, WHT is not the helpdesk for SSDApp.com.
You've pinged a member on here who is connected with them, so they may see this thread and get back to you.
But, in any case, they'll need to get back to you privately within your ticket. Which means I think this thread has run its course.
