Posted by Beatplexity, 01-18-2009, 04:06 PM Hi All Just thought i'd write a review for cliff support to let everyone know what superb service they offer. Basically my site was showing an error message saying the tmp folder was full and nothing was loading. I required the tmp folder to be increased. Within minutes of sending an email i received a reply back giving me a few quick suggestions to try and fix the problem. After this didnt work i setup a ticket for cliff suppport to login to my server and get to work. Job was done very efficiently, my site was only down for about 10 minutes thanks to these guys. Excellent communication, continued support and pre sale advice which is always nice. Overall - A++
