Hi, Im moving my reseller business because my actual provider (resellerspanel) have a lot of issue for a bad server migration they did.Now I have 5 days off and I start losing clients. Eleven2 sounds good for me, any comment about his services, support and servers? Thanks in advance!

I have services with both providers. More than 4 years with Reseller Panel. They were stable and no issues with their servers for now. I know the migration made on a US server recently. Thank God! I immediately changed the nameservers, if not I would have been suffered like you. Servers - 4.5 Stars Support - 2.5 Stars (Support went very bad concerning help, support techs never read any tickets completely. Take the conversation ahead). I am sure you would be frustrated on each reply. Addons - 1 star No special features other than Fantastico. No plan change or feature change for the past 4 years other than server upgrades. Its old & stable and I dont want to messup on migrating existing clients. So I am still staying with RP with two services. E2 -- Rodney leading the team. Website & offers are awesome. I was really impressed on their Cloudfare, Space, Litespeed addons. Recently I had downtime on a server around 10-12 hours. One thing what frustrated me is, the techs updated on the portal that - We are facing issues with the server and administrators are working on it. When I asked for ETA or detail on the issue, techs replied that it is network issue and they are unable to identify the exact cause (Fore more than 6 hours this was the reply). I was not able to answer my clients when they ask for ETA or detail on the issue. Moreover there was a DDOS on the same server last month. Again this happens with any providers, I understand. Overall - if you have decided to move from RP to E2, you could experience the changes. I am still with RP only because of their stable servers, stable company and no email issues. But they really need to introduce new stuffs to stand on the market. Goodluck!

I ever use eleven2 before (6 month ago), and they are not too bad. They have good support and stable server. One think that made me move from e2 is their cpanel redirect to unionplatform.com so that's not whitelabel for me

I find other hosts are better for reseller. MDD is especially good for the price. There's some good resellers out there. I even have a hard time choosing!

Eleven2 isn't bad, their servers are mostly stable and there are no issues, however the support lacks a bit, could be improved, but you get what you pay for. For the person above who was talking about old hardware; when you buy a reseller account, you can't expect to know what hardware you're getting, however it doesn't really matter - stability and uptime is what matters.
