What do you mean by back connect?

back connect : hacker for, privilege escalation and access root , with help of , perl and python and c script (or php script) try to back connect to server with any ports , for run his exploits..

If the hacker is targetting some specific ports, the best bet here would be to restrict port access to only trusted IPs and block these ports in firewall. If you have a strong firewall enabled on your server that would do the purpose.

Having an egress firewall policy, and blocking paths to root privilege escalation are two entirely separate things. It's not something you just 'close', there are quite a few things involved in securing a server, depending on how far you want to take it. Also, nothing is *ever* 100% secure.
