Do not where to write , if I did not pick up right place , moderatros please put it to where it belongs. I have multiple problems with www.startssl.com ! I put revocation to one of my SSL Certificates , got email : Your certificate with serial number (158082) has been revoked for the following reason(s): - the subscriber of the certificate requested revocation. The following comment has been added by StartCom's Administration Personnel: Exceptionally revoked without revocation fee charge. ** If you feel, that the reasons above are not correct, please contact us, by replying to this message, with your explanation! StartCom Ltd. StartSSL™ Certification Authority Now they are trying to force me to revew subscription - Is my english so bad that I can not understand : " Exceptionally revoked without revocation fee charge." ?????????

It says without a fee, where did you see them asking you to pay anything?

I think they are just confirming if the revocation request from initiated by you. Nothing wrong with that I guess.

Yep , nothing wrong , Now they want to charge new subscription : Thank you for requesting a digital certificate with us. However Class 1 certificates are not meant to be used for commercial activities or financial transactions according to our policy. For this purpose please consider upgrading to Class 2 or higher verification level. After three telephone calls I made , I was assured there will be no fee and I got email I write about above - now they want me to pay ....... I must say all personal is very rood and unprofessional - Girl from yesterday I spoke was so so , today one ...... First it is my fault to have their service - I did not find anything bad from them last year when I sign in - now this.

They are asking you to consider buying a different (non-free) ssl certificate. They aren't actually charging you for any new subscription.

No , no , I had a validation ( personal and organization ) which is for one year. All certificates are valid for 2 years - I ask precisely as my subscription was not valid anymore - if I have to renew it or I can get revoked certificate without new subscription - now I have to pay again and all other certificates will be still valid for 10 and more month.

I would continue working with their support. It sounds like a language barrier issue primarily so try to relax and take a little longer to write your message. I've had nothing but great experiences with StartSSL.
