I cannot reach to my VPS and no ticket reply. Do you face the same problem?

7 hours get ticket reply and no solution until now. My client will leave me soon.

Probably you already know, but maybe not - VPSLatch has been acquired by HostDime. There were some account migration lately.
I experience some troubles too, but different - my main site loads slowly, sometimes receiving '400 bad request' error, but other sites are Ok.

The account migration did not have anything to do with your actual service, but just for your client accounting and ticketing. That being said, have you submitted a ticket for the issues you are seeing? We'd be glad to look into this further for you.
