They are Wild West / Godaddy resellers. Their system won't work with billing systems like WHMCS, Clientexec etc. By, customer support you mean end user support?

Sign up directly with Godaddy domain resellers?

Better yet, go through the complete sign up process and STOP when you get to payment page. Godaddy will usually send you an email the next day with a 25%-30% discount code.

Personally I am not a fan of godaddy, is end user support something that is crucial in your decision making process? If so, at the very least I would just sign-up directly with godaddy as opposed to going with one of their resellers (you'll probably end up with a better deal). PS. These days most people can spot the godaddy resellers from a mile away and for that reason many people will bypass signing up for services via Godaddy reseller. So its very important to consider what market you plan on targeting. Do you have a specific niche you are going to be targeting or are you simply going to be advertising to the general population?

If you already known that they're GoDaddy's domain reseller, then why should you go with them? I'd go with GoDaddy directly

I wouldn't use a Godaddy account, directly or indirectly, even if they paid me. Their control panel alone is a huge turnoff. It has a cPanel-like skin, but it's not cPanel. For example, that piece of junk often makes you wait hours for something as silly as a new MySQL database. I'm not aware of a worse panel; not even vDeck.
