| I am a customer of Hudson Valley Hosting for a few months now and am very happy with the service. Ernie and his staff go overboard in helping you (even some things that are not in their normal scope)
The uptime has been great, you are notified in advance about any changes or upgrades to the system even if it doesn't involve any downtime for you. Ernie will work with you to create a happy environment both for you and his company.

| I use their VPS reseller system it has been great so far and like ninak said their support is awesome, highly recommended.

| I have had a VPS with them since 11/12/10.
My only interactions with them is they send an invoice then I pay it.
So I really can not say what their support is like but their hardware and management of hardware is faultless best I can tell.
