Need Germany/Netherlands small reseller

| Hello,
I need a small reseller package from countries Germany/Netherlands/China to host my post to host forum. (hostmafia.in)
My budget is very low (6-10$/month) but i dont need much space/bandwidth.
Servers needed to be fast though. I will not allow warez hosting or cpu intensive scripts.
Hosting company should be reliable.

How about ServeDome and cheetahhost ? should i go with cheetahhost

| How about www . hetzner.com ?
They are from German and they sell VPSs,dedicated servers and web hosting.
I have two websites hosted with them and they are good.
