I've been with PremiumReseller.com for more than 6 months and they've met all my requirements. I have about 20 domains with them right now. They do have Helm hosting... with exactly all the requirements you have listed.

Thanks for your recommendation. We still have some Helm servers available (features listed on our website) but we always recommend customers Windows 2008 with Dotnetpanel. You cannot host on Windows 2003 forever. It's 2010 now. You have to upgrade at some point sooner or later. So why not upgrade when you have a chance.

Not sure why you would want to use Helm. Make the jump to Dotnetpanel and you won't look back.

Yes, Parallels doesn't focuses in products as Helm or H-Sphere if you see in the other side the fast development of Plesk. You should take a look at Dotnetpanel.

Dotnetpanel = No Overselling = Fail I liked DonNetPanel but the only reason I took Heml was my ability to oversell.

This is one of the main reasons our Helm customers dont want to move on to our new dotnetpanel platform, and DNP don't seem to know exactly what overselling is! when I see posts on their forums

Could someone explain the concept of "overselling".

Posted by jack23, 01-13-2010, 01:25 AM
example: You have a reseller account with 100GB bandwidth limit. You setup accounts for your clients with 20GB limit. How many accounts can you setup for your clients? 100 / 20 = 5 accounts? Overselling lets you create more than 5 accounts. Although your limit is 100GB, you can setup individual accounts which exceed your limit. As long as the total bandwidth of all your clients remains below 100GB, you are good to go. Most clients don't use the full bandwidth/diskspace so for us resellers, it makes sense. Hope this helps you understand the concept.

In short, it's selling off more server resources (disk space, bandwidth, etc.) than actually available on the server in hopes that not all resources allocated to the customers are actually used

Got it. Thank you.

I agree with this statement. Really DotNetPanel is the leading software of overselling in windows which is not recommended.

why don't you try plesk or panel force..............panel force is best as experienced.........

If you have 100 domains and only need 5GB are you just parking them? Do you have any needs for bandwidth?

http://www.panelforce.com/screen.asp Bit rubbish looking at its stole the icons from Helm which were designed by Helm staff and copyrighted!

Windows 2003 is becoming old now, unless you have legacy stuff to host, you should look at Windows 2008 based options. A lot of hosts probably still do offer 2003 (like we keep it for clients who have legacy applications which don't bode well with Windows 2008); but 2008 is a better platform overall. Try out some hosting indexes like hostsearch.com, or see what helm hosting on google turns up.

Tons of host still run Windows 2003 and will for a long time. Most offer 2003 or 2008, if they are worth 2 cents.
