Hello, It seems the FDC is facing some network related issues. We got this update from their support. Now our servers are back into operation. ============ there is a network issue in denver currently. our network admin is working to resolve the issue. we have no ETA for when this will be resolved but your servers should come back online once the issue has been fixed. ============

FDC are all over the place, up and down. I'm still only getting 30-50kbs speeds from Europe on my 10mbit line. Support have told me its going to be like this for a while. This is unacceptable and they don't tell us anything... Yes before December I used to get reasonable speeds. Before they removed 3-4 carriers and went El cheapo on us all.

Does anyone know what happened to their Denver network? (2hr+ outage)

Posted by Hendrickson, 02-08-2010, 06:09 AM
No idea, removing more carriers is my guess?

Running their looking glass ping test IP = 100% packet loss. PING 81.36.5.129 (81.36.*******) from 76.7****** : 56(84) bytes of data. --- 81.36.5.129 ping statistics --- 5 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 3999m
