I could not visit to their site.and all my sites hosting by them .
www.enotchnetworks.com
my.enotch.com
what is the matter?

I can't get to that site, either. I also tried to ping it and it did not resolve. My guess is that their DNS is down or their network is down, but that is just a guess based on the simple quick tests I ran.

Yes it is down. I was trying to purchase a domain from my credit they gave me during a downtime.

I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. For you to lose your data, their hard drives and backups would have to be wiped clean.

Their name servers are down. Both are on the same subnet, and both are pingable, but neither is responding to queries.

There could be multiple causes such as a process that has decided to hang itself to DDOs Attack or connection problems, hardware and so on.
Maybe wait a little longer and see what happens.

Their web server is still up... http://38.108.110.171/ The page is slow to load because the links to images contain the domain name, but you can get their phone number if you don't already have it: 800-871-3764

We are working to resolve this problem. This is not affecting any of our other service areas such as vps, dedicated servers or colocation.

Service has been restored. Log analysis is showing that this was due to an attack on our DNS. We will be taking a few corrective actions in the next 72hrs some of which is to moving all of our websites and seperating the NS entries.
