I am looking for reseller plans that provide the cpanel in Chinese language too for my clients (with both windows and linux servers), as my client base is mainly in China.
Thanks a lot!

Yeah, but for windows, you will have to wait more as they have not yet started Cpanel for windows.
Read some where that they are going to do that.

You can buy a reseller hosting that provides RVSkin. RVSkin is a multi-language, multi-theme advanced skin management software for cPanel(look at http://www.rvskin.com/index.php?page=public/features#2).

Also make sure that you check the server ip.
Sometimes server ips are blocked by Chinese Government for some unknown reasons

I believe that most people in China are familar with english. multi-language control panel with Chinese supported is a deal.
The other question acces to the web based control panel in case of the IP blocking.

Trouble is that unblocked today is not a guarantee of unblocked tomorrow...

At least it's better than receiving a welcome email with an ip that you cannot access
If an ip is blocked now, it's unlikely that it will be unblocked tomorrow or anytime in the future.

Most CPanel offers Chinese as a language option. But for Windows reselling plans there is none that has Chinese language that I am aware of.
On the other hand CPanel language is usually not an issue for Chinese users. We are a hosting company in Shanghai, and most clients who purchase foreign hosting services understand enough English to set things up in that language.
