I know that there is already a thread called DataPacket, but it's closed, that's why I open a new one. Just wanted to tell you all that the support is very bad, I couldn't login to the WHM, only to the cPanel, i asked for a password and they still don't reply to any of my emails. I asked for my money but still I haven't got my money back. If you need cheap hosting but don't care about support then go with datapacket, but as a reseller i don't think it's ok. *edit* "The account has already been closed and a refund issued." Impatience… You opened a ticket on Dec 4th and it was responded to within 3 hours, apparently though not entirely resolving the issue because of some confusion and I apologize for that personally. On Dec 7 you requested cancellation and a refund, which was processed within 4 hours. You are right, don’t use our services if you want this support within 5 minutes nonsense, because the services and pricing were not designed that way and you will just wind up here complaining.
