I try my best to contact you no one is gonna reply my ticket for over 10 days and now, your support system was down but I have a screen shot of my support ticket if you are responsive, you should send me an email about my case, right?? I havent got any method to contact you so I post here hope you can see and handle my case, thanks. if you need my screen shot as if you have lost all support ticket, you can tell me
