URL Rewrite using ISAPI_REWRITE

One of my customers want to enable URL Rewrite for the following URL http://test.com/test.aspx?QId=test to be rewritten to http://test.com/test He is using ISAPI_REWRITE in IIS 6. How can he do that?

You just need to enable ISAPI_Rewrite module from the site properties and place the rewrite rules file whichever is recognized by isapi_rewrite module.

I want the Rewrite rule to be written. Can you help me with the proper Rewrite rule?
