Hello, Anyone recommend me a Hosting Reseller: - DC located in Asia, better if near Vietnam - Support Staffs can speak English. - Linux reseller with Cpanel/Plesk or Windows Reseller with Plesk/Helm or Hosting Controller (I don't like other softwares) Thank you very much. Regards,

Hi personally unaware of any datacentres outside of UK & USA, but maybe do a google for webhosting + asia and see what comes back. Also maybe try searching the advertising forum here on WHT for hosting + Asia

i think you should post it in offer forum so provider can contact you by the way,for best speed to Vietnam you should check HongKong DC and China DC.Singapore oversea bandwidth is much more expensive than Vietnam.For 1-net 1500GB data transfer per month you may pay up to 2000USD/month for it as i check with Singapore local provider.

I personally think DCs located in the US would have the best cost to performance ratio. That is, you'll probably find an Asia-based DC, but it'll probably cost you a lot more and expertise will be limited. I myself am based in Asia (Philippines) but prefer to have DCs that are U.S.-based. I guess you have specific reasons for trying to look for Asia-based DCs. I hope you get the answers you need. I'll also be curious to see if you actually find any with reasonable pricing. By the way, most of the sites given MDHjeff are hosting companies based in Asia. But if you trace their IP address, you'll see that most (if not all) of them use DC's based in the U.S. For example, teamagic.com.hk is http://whois.domaintools.com/72.36.240.114 Just ping the site, get the IP and you'll have an idea where the DC is located. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

in my experience,Servers located in Asia do not help much as ISPs in Vietnam is unstable,sometimes servers in HK are sometimes even slower than server in US.you should consider servers in VN or server in US like theplanet or layeredtech.it is better. For reseller in asia you can check it out at sgwebhostingtalk.com (for Singapore servers)

I already have 3 reseller accounts, 1 VPS account (US DataCenter) However, I hope I can find Asia Hosting Provider with professional services because some of my clients need fast connection from Vietnam. In addition, you can find quality Hosting providers in Vietnam (US DataCenter only), Vietnam doesn't have any DC . Some have their old servers but they use free Control Panel, servers are not fast enough (maybe: P4 1Ghz with 1GB Ram). It might just be that although an Asia DC might be physically closer to Vietnam, the shortest route for you would still be a U.S. based DC. So maybe the solution is not a DC in Asia but a dedicated-server. Do let us know what your conclusions you come to.

Hi mr5, I just realized that the DC is just half the equation. The ISP used by the one who will be using the DC is also a big factor. That is, in the Philippines, if I use PLDT, maybe they pipe directly to SAVVIS (hypothetical). Then GLOBE pipes directly to LIQUIDWEB. Now if I test a DC using my GLOBE DSL, I'll see that LIQUIDWEB is amazingly fast and SAVVIS is considerably slower. But when my customer (who is using PLDT DSL) uses it, he complains to me that it's slow. Later, I realize that from PLDT, SAVVIS is faster than LIQUIDWEB! Things like that. Don't you think you have to investigate first the ISP's there and the partners they have before you even look for a DC?
